We were contacted because this sweet boy was being abused. Even the parents of the owner were afraid to say anything. Well... after alot of coercing, the  owner said he would surrender...NOW! So... we all hopped into action and had him in foster within a couple hours. 
Shadow is SUPER sweet. He is very passive. He likes other dogs and loves to be loved. He isn't even 1 years old yet. We know once in a home that will show him love and compassion... he will forget all about his past and live for the future!
