Hi, my name is George. I am a senior pit mix. I came into One Dog at a Time at 38 pounds.  All of my ribs and spine were showing. But, with lots of love, I have put on some weight and learned to just be a dog.  I LOVE to play tug and fetch.  I love to go for short walks.  I enjoy stopping and rubbing my bellow and back on plush lawns. I am good with other dogs, but do sometimes guard my food.  But, I quickly stop this with redirection from my foster mom or dad.  My favorite thing to do is to cuddle.  I give the best hugs!  I also know basic commands like sit, stay, and shake.  I am an old guy, but I am hoping to find a forever home that will show me the love that I deserve.  I just want a family to spoil me and let me put my head in their laps.  Will you be my forever family?
