Bailey is a female 3 year old Chocolate lab in need of a home after her family moved to a new home and couldn't take her or her housemate Roscoe with her.  They had been living alone for over a week in a house with no heat or water.  She has lived with other dogs, cats and kids and has done well with all.

Bailey had been to the vet and had a skin condition (non-contagious) but needing immediate attention. She has been "rehabbed" and has a beautiful full coat currently. We removed many ticks from her and she has some scars from the ticks that are healing well.  She tested lyme positive and has completed her medication for it. She has been spayed and received her shots and is clear for her new furever home!!!

Her housemate was able to find a foster the same day who decided they would rather be a "foster failure", and adopted him the same day!

Bailey is 82 lbs of pure Lab Love!!! She does have ACA papers and is microchipped! She loves her person and loves retrieving things. She hasn't had a chance to get some good leash training as a month ago was the first she ever had a leash on.  She is a good protector and will alert to strangers or someone at the door. Her former owner said she had one litter.  This dog will not be on our site long as she has soooo much to offer her forever home.  She is crate trained, potty trained and is learning tricks.  She likes having other dogs around but it wouldn't be necessary if she had a owner that would be home often with her.
