•Palmyra, PA• Hi my name is Matthew and Im still searching for my perfect forever home! I'm the perfect mix of snuggly and playful. I also do a really great job of ignoring you while I'm outside exploring the land. I love chewing on sticks and trees when I'm outside enjoying the weather. I also like to sleep and I make sure I take lots of naps during the day. I have mostly played with my 2 sisters in our foster home up until now but have started also playing with the other big dogs and I'm having tons of fun! I would love a dog buddy in the home that will be big like me when I grow up. Im doing great with crate training and leash training. My house training is a work in progress but my foster mom says I'm getting better every day. Plan on taking me out frequently since I'm still a puppy ;). I like to bark when I play and bark even louder when I'm ready to get out of my crate in the morning so hopefully you're an early bird! I am still spooked by loud sudden noises and it takes me a little to warm up to people I dont know but I am gaining my confidence every day. I dont think I'll ever like the vacuum cleaner though so if you get that out, I'm heading for my dog bed. I'm still small enough to nap on your lap so let me do that before I get too big! Matthew is a great dane/coonhound mix born in April of 2021. He would do best in a home that isnt too loud and chaotic and would truly benefit from a socialized medium-large breed dog to pal around with. Please keep in mind he is part hound and may go wherever his nose takes him so constant supervision when outside is a must.
