Sandy is a sweet older gal, at least 6. She's very well-behaved, affectionate, and loves to be close to her people. Some other important things about Sandy: • LOVES car rides. • Spends a lot of her day sleeping, preferably on the couch or bed. Yeah, she's pretty lazy. • Always has a little energy to play with her foster fur-brothers. • Loves chewing on chewy & squeaky toys, chasing balls, and de-stuff toys. But, she's not the best at sharing toys, she always wants to take the one that her fur-brother is playing with. • Would do okay with another dog in the home, as long as it's low energy like her. However, she would LOVE to be an only so she could get all the toys, treats, and attention she deserves. • Does well with a crate for shorter periods of time but can be left to roam the house (or sleep) when alone. • Would do best in a calm home, as she doesn't like a lot of chaos. Toddlers can be a little to noisy and rambunctious for her so she would do best with older children. • Currently goes out to potty on a long lead but would love a fenced-in yard to be able to run. • Did NOT do well when introduced to a cat in the home, but has shown no aggression towards any critters when outside. Her foster family works from home, so a family that is home a lot, retired, or semi-retired would be great!
