Please welcome Elssie to ODAAT! Elssie is a Border Collie Mix. Elssie was very calm and reserved upon arrival at her foster home. As she's gotten more comfortable, she has started to show a strong & independent personality. She still spends a lot of her time lounging around and sleeping but when she's ready to play she goes full speed. She loves toys, wrestling with her sister and 2 furry foster brothers, running, and digging. She gets along well with other dogs but would do well as an only also.
She's still in the chewing stage but is redirectable. She loves to explore the yard and pushes the boundaries but rattling a treat bag will get her to return quickly. She sleeps though the night in her crate and has been doing well with potty training. We've also been working on leash training too. She will be completely vetted prior to adoption.
