Meet Rocky! A handsome little gentleman! Rocky is a Border Collie Mix and is approx 9 weeks old. He came into rescue with his 2 brothers, Moose and Bullwinkle, and sister Valentina. Rocky is the most outgoing but still quite shy. He wants your attention and your love, but is still hesitant at first.
