Hi. My name is Tanner. I am a mix of Yorkie and Dachshund. I am 8 years old and am finally pain free. I have had a rough few years. I came into the rescue feeling pretty miserable. I was very itchy as I am allergic to fleas and was starting to lose my hair from this allergy. I had a yeast infection and my skin was red and hot from all of this. Also, I had a hard time going potty since I had these stones in the way. Along with all of this, my mouth hurt. All of my teeth were rotting. I had an infection in my mouth, so I didn’t want to eat. So, I lost a lot of weight and you could see my spine. But, I am so glad that my foster family took me in and ODAAT helped me. I had all of the bad stuff removed from my body including the stones and all but 2 of my teeth. My foster mommy gave me special baths that felt so good on my hot, itchy skin. It took me a few days, but I am now healthy. I have to eat a special soft food that is good for me. But, I am ok with that. I am not itchy anymore and my hair is growing back. I love my foster family. They even took me to visit their family. I loved the little kids and even watched over the tiny baby. I like to cuddle. I just love to be close to my humans and being loved by them. So, I would love to stay with my foster family forever, but I know that they need to help other doggies. So, I am now looking for my furever family. I just want someone to love me and cuddle to me. I want someone who make sure that I don’t get itchy red skin again from those annoying fleas.
