Tippy is a young yorkie/chihuahua mix puppy looking for his forever family. He is a loveable puppy, welcoming snuggles and giving puppy kisses, but is also somewhat independant. When playing with his foster siblings, he is more drawn to the other little dogs than the larger ones. He is crate trained and almost completely house broken. There are no cats inside his foster home but there are a few outdoors that he seems to ignore.
