Wilber is a basset hound/terrier mix that came into ODAAT along with his 7 other siblings after their mother sadly passed away. He was born January 27, 2019 and is currently being fostered in Lewistown along with his brother Hunter and sister Violet in PA Furnace. They are growing and getting stronger by the day.
