Scully is a 12 week old Black lab/Elkhound mix puppy looking for his forever home. He was part of a litter of pups that were stuffed in a chicken crate and dropped off at a local auction. His foster mom describes him as the fearless leader of the pack. He is a very confident and loveable boy. He plays well with the other pups but is also independent of them. He would be good with or without another dog in the home. He is going to be a big boy when he grows up. He is the first to greet me when I approach the gate or sit down to interact with them. He will also crawl up in my lap and just lay there. He is getting more comfortable with being picked up. He is working on crate and house training. Will need continued leash work in his new home. Adopters should be aware that Elkhounds have a prey drive by nature. Knowledge of the breed would be helpful and suggested.
