Raney, a female beagle 7 years old reported to have lived with kids and dogs.  
The "owner" show up at the "ROUSE" and Woman told him I told her to drop the dog off... Ummm. no. But now what? Do we turn her away and always wonder what happened to her?   :(   She said they could not have the dog. Apparently the owner of the dog had asked these people to take the dog for a walk dog and called a half an hour later and said she wasn't coming back. We are looking into this. Meanwhile, Josh could not turn Raney away
