This handsome man is Ozzy! He is between 2-3 years old. He was found living outside under a woman's bay window. He is very sweet & actually smiles. He takes a little time to warm up to you, but loves to get scratches. He is doing great with potty & crate training.  He is being fostered outside Harrisburg, PA.
