Saint Bernard (medium coat) : : Female : : Young : : X-Large Learn more about the Saint Bernard.
Shirley is a 1 1/2 year saint bernard. She is a part of a humane case we assisted PSP on. She is currently on a 30 day hold and unavailable for adoption. She has lived her entire life since born, in an outdoor kennel and was used for breeding. We are searching for a foster family who would be interested in adopting her once the hold is up. Shirley is good on a leash with encouragement. Definitely recommend using a harness rather than a collar to walk. She has not been crated. She currently has free roam of the whole house and hasn't chewed anything. Her current foster got her to "sit" on command with a treat. She is unsure of loud noises, as everything is new to her. She loves to hear "good girl" and words of encouragement. She Is learning the word "no". She is great with other dogs and kids. Love to have her belly rubbed, go for car rides and just be with you. She is not good with cats. She is also fairly calm for a puppy.
Applications are available on our website www.onedogatatime.us.
We would like to Thank Centre Hall Pet Supply and their staff for squeezing our pretty girl in at a moment's notice. They also groomed her free of charge! Priceless!
