OH FRED, Fred, Prison Pup freeeedddddd......what can we say but it's his world & we all just live in it!  In between being a ladies man, he prefers his naps. He's very bonded with his handlers, and very content with staying on the block with them as opposed to going out. Can you blame him? He now knows what love feels like, what comfort feels like, what trust feels like. Remember this poor boy, with others, were rescued from a pretty bad life, and we're putting that nicely. He certainly no candidate for dog agility, and if he doesn't want to do something, he just simply won't do it, no ifs, ands, buts, or treats about it. While that can be frustrating for some, not his handlers. They love and accept him for who he is.
