Hey you... My name is Zane. I am 3 years old. I am a chocolate lab/dachshund mix. I am good with dogs, cats and livestock. I lives with 3 other dogs, and 2 cats. I also interacts daily with horses, sheep & chickens. But... I am not good with small children. My family has a one and are having another. They do not want to let me go, but feel that it is what would make me happier. I easily get overwhelmed with kids. I am shy at first, I do bark.I am crate trained and will walk on a leash, but leashes make me nervous too. I am a typical doxie and will bark at strangers, strange noises, doorbells etc. I sleeps in my moms bed at night, love to play ball, chew on bones, and snuggle. The ideal home for me would be a quieter home with no children, or older, less rambunctious kids (10+), a fenced in yard, soft bed, and lots of toys!
