Blair is a mill momma from PAL.  She is very nervous and is just getting used to people.  She is a very sweet dog who needs to be with other dogs.  She does vey well with other dogs.  She is slowly getting used to being petted and loved. DOES NOT LIKE PICKED UP.   She will need a patient adopter who will spend time with her.  She needs a gentle touch and lots of love.  We would recommend older children.  Needs someone special that will take time with her.  Another small dog in the family is best for her.
