Hi my name is Sam, I'm 1.5 years old. I am a very loveable boy, and I love to be around people.  If I decide you are my favorite, I will follow you all over and miss you when you are gone.  I need to have exercise, so if you are looking for a dog that lays around I am not for you, but the rescue has many of those types so check it out. I would also not do well locked up all day, I get pretty crazy after being in a crate and really need to play.  I go running with my foster mom every morning, if we miss a day, I usually end up getting into mischief because I have energy I need to get out.  I love to play ball and get in the kids pool and get wet.  I like every dog that I have met, and just want to play and have fun.  Sometimes I get scolded because I can play pretty hard and not all dogs like that.  I'm learning all the basic commands and picking it up really quick.  As long as I get exercise and have bones to chew, I haven't chewed on anything I'm not suppose too.  However, my foster mom said if I didn't get those things, I would probably chew on things puppies are not suppose too.  I love car rides, but you should watch out.  I have been known to jump out of a car window or two when I get excited.  I live with three kids between ages 4 to 13 and do great with all ages.  I love to chase squirrels or anything else like that, especially when they run from me.  I would need a yard that is fenced in because I would just keep on running after them because it would be so much fun.  I love to give kisses too, so if you think I would be a great fit for your family than fill out an application.
